刘刚　
专职律师　1993年毕业于内蒙古师范大学，获学士学位，１９９４年取得律师资格，现正攻读清华大学法学院民商法学专业研究生学位。曾发表《房地产期权抵押的质疑与立法完善》一文获2001年东北三省律师论文交流研讨会优秀论文奖。擅长房地产及保险领域的法律业务，曾任内蒙古毛条厂、呼和浩特西装总厂、中国人民保险公司大连市西岗支公司等企业法律顾问，代理大连汽车消费贷款业务中第一起保证保险纠纷案件，熟悉汽车金融服务业务的各种法律事务。

His publication “Questions and Answers and Perfection of Law Making for Real Estate Option and Mortgage” earned the Best Article Award in the Northern Three-Province Attorney’s Conference. He specializes in legal affairs in automobile financial and real estate and insurance， and is legal counsel for Dalian Xi Gang District Branch Office of China People’s Insurance Company. He participated in Dalian’s first insurance contract dispute case related to consumer loan business between Dalian Commerce Bank and Dalian Xi Gang District Branch Office of China People’s Insurance Company.
